How it works
Each step below happens before you pay anything, and every figure you see at step three is repeated on your confirmation email.
Choose Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa and set your pickup and return dates. Hub desks are open 08:00 to 20:00; a return later than 20:00 carries the after-hours fee shown at step three.
Add the main driver's age and how long they have held a licence. The minimum driver age is 23 with at least two years of licence history, and both the licence and a passport are checked at handover.
The quote lists the daily rate, the mileage cap for the chosen class, any cross-city one-way fee, the fuel policy and the refundable deposit hold. Nothing is added silently at the desk.
You receive a booking reference plus the direct number for your hub. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations keep the first day's rate.
A staff member walks the car with you and records the fuel level and odometer on the handover sheet. The same sheet is signed again at return, so the two readings match.
Bring the car back to the agreed hub at the agreed time and refuel to the recorded level. The deposit hold is released within five working days after the return inspection.
Driver check
Age, licence history and the card on file decide which classes you can book and what the deposit hold covers. Every rule below is shown with its fee before you confirm.
Compact and mid-size classes need a licence held for at least 2 years. SUV and minivan classes need 3 years. Ukrainian and EU licences are accepted directly; all others need an international permit presented with the original.
Bring a passport or national ID card, your driving licence and one payment card issued in the driver's own name. That card is authorised for the deposit hold at pickup in Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa. Cards belonging to another person are not accepted, and no second card can cover the hold.
Drivers 21 to 24: a daily young driver fee is added to the receipt and visible before confirmation, capped at 5 rental days. Drivers 25 and older pay no age surcharge.
The hold amount follows the class you book and is listed in the class terms on the fleet page. It is released within 5 business days after return. Cancellation, late return and cross-city fees sit in rental policies.
Before you confirm
Every item below appears on your estimate before you pay. Nothing is added at the counter unless you change the dates, the city or the named driver.
Deposit hold
A card hold of ₴ 8,000 applies to compact and estate classes, and ₴ 15,000 to SUVs, vans and automatic crossovers. It is an authorisation, not a charge, and is released 5 to 10 banking days after return.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup and the hold is voided. Inside 24 hours we charge one rental day. A no-show with no notice is charged at two days.
Mileage limit
Compact and estate classes include 250 km per rental day; SUVs and vans include 350 km. Extra distance is billed at ₴ 7 per km. A cross-city booking adds 250 km to the allowance.
Fuel policy
Collect full, return full. Fuel missing at return is billed at ₴ 62 per litre plus a ₴ 250 refuelling fee. Receipts for fuel bought on route are accepted.
Cross-city trips
Kyiv to Lviv ₴ 1,900, Kyiv to Odesa ₴ 1,600, Lviv to Odesa ₴ 1,800. The one-way fee covers returning the car to its home hub and is charged once per booking.
After-hours fee
Hub hours are Kyiv 07:00 to 22:00, Lviv 08:00 to 21:00 and Odesa 08:00 to 21:00. Pickup or return outside those hours costs ₴ 400 and must be booked in advance.

The excess is what you stay liable for after damage, and no tier is sold as full coverage. Tyre, glass and underbody damage carries a fixed ₴ 6,000 excess on every tier. Read the class terms on the fleet page or our support options before you confirm.
