Three classes cover nearly every city trip we dispatch. Seats, luggage space, transmission and the rate each class starts at sit side by side, so the choice takes a minute rather than a phone call.

Automatic gearbox on a Compact class is booked on request and carries a supplement. Mileage, fuel and insurance conditions are not the same for every class, so read the terms that apply to each class and check which classes stand at each hub before you confirm.
Dispatch board
Next available class, counter hours and daily rate for each pickup hub. Rates include the standard mileage allowance. The after-hours counter fee is listed separately and is added to your total before you confirm.

After-hours pickups outside counter hours carry a fixed fee of 250 to 300 UAH depending on the hub, plus the young driver surcharge where it applies. Both lines appear in the price receipt before confirmation.
Availability is indicative and confirmed at the moment of booking. Mileage limits and insurance excess per class are set out in the class terms, and age and licence rules sit under driver requirements.
Fleet terms
Every class carries its own daily kilometre limit, fuel return level and insurance excess. All three sit in the same row, so the number you read here is the number on the handover sheet at the hub.
Mileage
Limits run per 24 hours from the pickup time, not per calendar day. Kilometres beyond the limit are billed at the class rate in the third column.

Fuel policy
Return the car at the same fuel level recorded on the handover sheet. If you bring it back lower, we refuel at the pump price plus a UAH 45 service charge, itemised on the closing receipt. Prepaid fuel is available on Estate and SUV only, and unused litres are not refunded.
Insurance tiers
Cross-city drop-off runs between the Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa hubs and must be booked at least 48 hours ahead. The one-way fee starts at UAH 1,900 and is confirmed together with your class and dates before payment.
Availability
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a full licence for two years. Classes above Intermediate require 23. A refundable deposit hold from 4 500 UAH is reserved on the card at pickup and released within five working days of return.
The hold and the daily rate for the class you pick appear together before you confirm. Collection outside hub hours carries a stated fee. Hub details are listed under hub availability above.
