Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern rentals from smartechsolutionshub.com LLC (EDRPOU 25275395). We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7, and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, Article 13. Personal data is processed per the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3153-IX of 16.11.2023.

2. Booking & Mandatory Fees

Bookings confirmed after full payment. Price includes base rate plus mandatory fees: airport surcharge, young-driver fee, one-way drop-off. All fees shown before payment.

3. Driver Requirements & Age

• Minimum age: 21 years (23 for certain classes).
• Valid driving license held at least 2 years.
• Passport or national ID required at pick-up.

4. Mileage & Fuel

Mileage limit: 300 km/day. Excess charged per km. Fuel: return same level; missing fuel charged at local rate.

5. Insurance & Liability

Basic third-party liability included. Optional collision damage waiver and theft protection. Driver liable for fines, tolls, and uncovered damage. No liability for belongings.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Cancellations within 24 hours charged one rental day. No-shows charged full booking amount.

7. Dispute Resolution

Consumers may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We aim to resolve disputes within 30 days. This is without prejudice to rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, Article 13.
